Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they form part of the contract between us.
- Your accommodation booking includes an en-suite room and a selection of continental and cooked breakfast. Breakfast menus may vary according to season and availability of ingredients.
- The price paid includes central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, television, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer in your room and use of the guest garden. Whilst every effort is made to provide these services, they may occasionally be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Parking is available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. No compensation will be payable if parking is unavailable. Alternative free and chargeable parking is available within the village. Vehicles and their contents are parked entirely at the owner's risk. Please park responsibly.
- Bookings may be made through our website. Provisional bookings can also be accepted by telephone or email. To secure a booking, a deposit equivalent to one night's accommodation is payable at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation. Provisional bookings must be confirmed within seven days, after which they may be cancelled without notice.
- Our cancellation policy requires seven clear days' notice before the scheduled arrival date. Where more than seven days' notice is given, any deposit paid will be refunded less a £15 administration charge.
- Debit and credit cards are accepted in UK Pounds Sterling. Payment by BACS transfer may be arranged by prior agreement. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all sums due are paid.
- In the event of a no-show, or where cancellation or a reduction in the booking is received fewer than seven clear days before arrival, the full cost of the booking will become payable, including any deposit already paid.
- Rooms will normally be available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10.30am on the day of departure. Guests expecting to arrive after 9.30pm must contact us in advance to make suitable arrangements. Bookings may be treated as a no-show if guests have not arrived by 10.00pm on the day of arrival and no prior arrangements have been made.
- Late check-in or check-out is available only by prior arrangement and subject to availability. A charge of £10 per hour applies.
- We welcome children aged five years and over. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate younger children. If you have any accessibility requirements or specific needs, please contact us before making your booking so that we can advise you on the suitability of our accommodation.
- Only guests named on the booking may occupy the accommodation. Maximum room occupancy limits must not be exceeded without our prior agreement.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs or other pets. Any booking made in breach of this condition may be refused or cancelled without refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking or terminate a stay without refund where a guest or member of their party behaves in an abusive, threatening, offensive or disruptive manner, causes damage to the property, exceeds the maximum room occupancy or otherwise acts in a way that adversely affects the comfort, safety or wellbeing of other guests or our staff.
- We aim to provide a high standard of accommodation and service. If your stay is disrupted through our error or omission, we will provide appropriate compensation where required. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to the foregoing, our liability shall not exceed the total cost of one night's accommodation per booking.
- As a courtesy to our guests, we will always try to accommodate reasonable requests wherever possible, including late arrivals in exceptional circumstances or cycle storage. Whilst we will do our best to assist, these services cannot be guaranteed, and no compensation will be payable if we are unable to fulfil such requests.
- We shall not be liable for any failure to provide accommodation or services where this results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, fire, power or utility failures, industrial action, pandemics, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We do not provide safety deposit boxes and cannot accept responsibility for property that is lost, stolen or damaged, except where such loss or damage results from our negligence.
- We cannot accept responsibility for vehicles or their contents whilst parked on our premises.
- If a room key and/or house key is lost, the cost of replacing the key and any associated security or locksmith costs will be charged to the guest responsible.
- If any property within your room or the communal areas is damaged during your stay, we reserve the right to recover the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing the damaged property together with any associated costs directly resulting from the damage. We may contact you to arrange payment and, where necessary, pursue recovery through legal or other appropriate means.
- Plas Coch operates a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy throughout the building, including all bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas. Guests wishing to smoke or vape must do so well away from the building, windows and entrances. Where smoking or vaping is detected indoors, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable deep-cleaning charge and recover any associated costs, including loss of income where a room cannot be re-let. In serious cases, we reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund.
- To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum between 10.30pm and 7.30am.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
